As Tapestry’s Director of Training (Internal), I oversee the company’s day-to-day training information, reporting processes, and procedures. I wear many hats at Tapestry and I also fill the roles of Recruiter, Conference Coordinator, Awards Coordinator, and Mentoring Program Manager.
My position reports into the VP of Business Development for the majority of my tasks and the chief operations officer (COO) or the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for various other projects.
