While working as a Project Manager, I've used my Information Security knowledge to escalate issues in the Direct To Consumer area involving PCI and the number of data points stored in data at rest in an Azure environment, the storage and security of offline customer information at POS, and migration of user accounts from shared local to Azure Active Directory Acounts for retail employees. In the eCommerce space I've tracked delivery and assisted with esclations around OMS and alterting/monitoring business processes where parts of information flow through a complex architecture and are brought back together to build a single pane of glass for reporting/awareness. I've also worked on internal HR processes into Enterprise Service Management tools (Cherwell) and segregation of sensitive PII and processes related to hiring and termination business processes.
