Instrumental in developing and growing the program in NY to over 2000 members and national attention as a leading InfraGard program and example of a successful public/private partnership. Co-founded IGtv, a worldwide broadcast outreach initiative that received national recognition and the 2012 InfraGard National Community Outreach award. Led in the development of numerous educational summit events, many of which gained national prominence. Developed a sustaining Sponsorship Program, which successfully brought structured vendor participation and funding and which was used as a national model. Helped initiate and implement multiple affiliation programs, including a Premium Membership, that brought financial sustainability to the organization. Served in most key decision-making roles, including President (acting); Secretary, Vice President, Strategic Planning; Chair, Nominating Committee; Chair, Events Planning; Chair, Sponsorship Committee; Governance Committee; Coordinator, weekly member conference calls. Leadership in development of SIGs (EMP, Incident Response, Legal, Cyber).
Served on key InfraGard National committees, including : Awards Committee; National Disaster Resilience Council Advisory Committee; National Religious Facilities Protection Program Steering Committee; Hate Crimes Community Engagement Working Group Steering Committee. Alternate delegate to National Congress.
Recognized in 2007 by FBI Director Mueller for Exceptional Service in the Public Interest.
Recognized in 2020 by FBI Assistant Director in Charge William F. Sweeney, Jr. for Exceptional Service to the New York Metro Chapter of InfraGard.

Appointed Fusion Liaison Officer (FLO) to facilitate the flow of homeland security‐related information to the fusion center for assessment and analysis. He also serves as the vehicle to carry actionable intelligence from the national level and the regional fusion center to local agencies and field personnel. The FLO helps expedite the flow of information throughout the state, providing a more rapid response to matters of both state and national security. He also increases awareness of pre-incident indicators and warnings of terrorism and significant criminal activity.
The Fusion Liaison Officer Program is managed by the New Jersey Regional Operations Intelligence Center (NJ ROIC) in conjunction with the New Jersey Regional Intelligence Academy (RIA).
