National Healthcare Provider :
• Integrated new healthcare, telecom and third party vendor voice product/services across 3 datacenters, 33 contact centers and 7,000 agents throughout the US. Contract value of $160M+.
• Integrated solution included : datacenter infrastructure build out with automated failover, directed dialog speech recognition with text to speech, IVR self-service, intelligent routing, computer-telephony interfaces, predictive dialing, quality management, workforce management, knowledge management, call detail reporting, multi-channel tools, and voicemail.
• Responsibilities included : development/management of a 15,000 tasks program plan then oversaw transition to Agile approach for custom IVR software development, SOW deliverables and risk/issue management, executive reporting and communications.
• Upgraded/migrated 30 Cisco Unity Connection (UC) clusters and replace 3500 EOL equipment across 500 sites. P&L responsibility with contract value of $25M+.
State Government :
• Managed the planning and execution of new voice infrastructure across 47 state agencies.
• Program scope was to transition 57,000 lines then integrate new Verizon and TPV voice product/services across 2 datacenters, 241 locations and 34,000 users throughout the state.
• Solution included : VoIP services, voicemail, UCC, E911, recording, call detail reporting and VoIP firewall.
