My previous experience includes a year in the Eversheds' Corporate Restructuring Team where I acted for banks, accountants, insolvency practitioners and LPA Receivers on all manner of distressed lending and restructuring assignments. This included carrying out security reviews and advising on the validity of appointment of LPA Receivers and Administrators. I had a particular emphasis on Real Estate Insolvency advising banks and LPA Receivers on a number of distressed commercial, investment and development real estate portfolios and dealing with property sales.
