Rachel is a Senior Manager in Accenture Security's Cyber Strategy practice with 13+ years experience serving clients around the world. She began her career in technology consulting and large scale enterprise cloud transformations before her interests shifted to cybersecurity. Her current focus areas include cyber strategic planning and roadmap development, cyber organizational design and strategy (operating model development), and cybersecurity metrics and executive/board reporting.
Rachel excels at problem solving and is well-known for her first principles approach to tackling cybersecurity challenges with her client executives (e.g., CIO, CTO, CISO, SVP, Senior Director, etc.). She is a master of design thinking and workshop facilitation and uses these innovative techniques together with her expert communication skills to work hand-in-hand with client teams, rapidly building solutions and strategies to conquer big cybersecurity problems. She also advises and coaches teams on how to leverage these techniques to better solve problems in their own specialty security capability areas.
