Provide advice for the new Cybersecurity Certificate Program developed under the strong workforce curriculum development program for Los Angeles, which will funnel students from local high schools who want to earn college credit or work toward Career Technical Education (CTE) certificates/certifications instead of earning a college degree.
The program will also be marketed to community college students at-large. The main focus, however, will be juniors and seniors in high school who want to take advanced placement courses.

Rebecca is an entrepreneur, author & was an Adjunct Professor for the Norwich University Master of Science in Information Security & Assurance Program for 9 years where she also created program curriculum. Rebecca led the NIST Smart Grid privacy group for 7 years and is a founding member of the IEEE P1912 Privacy and Security Architecture for Consumer Wireless Devices Working Group (June 2015). Co-founder of the Iowa Infragard chapter in 2000. Longtime active member of ISACA and IAPP. Rebecca has received numerous awards and recognitions for her work throughout the course of her career. Rebecca has is currently finishing her 22nd published book to date, plus chapters in many books and hundreds of articles. Some of Rebecca’s books include:
