Provide technical expertise to ensure that any new application being incorporated meshes fully with the existing environment. Create projects based on need to evaluate, test functionality, involve all affected groups for input, move from proof of concept into lab for user acceptability testing and then into production making sure that proper training, day to day maintenance and monitoring have been put into place.

Responsible for two Data Centers, designed new infrastructure hardware platform using blade servers and supported the infrastructure with both reactive and proactive support. Implemented Infrastructure software including OS, email and backups and facilitated all systems to run optimally. Introduced innovation and cost savings by using virtualization where possible including tier1 applications. Managed disaster recovery between the two sites by moving production systems twice a year proactively to avoid interruption. Managed SAN and fabric switches for data storage.
