- Sold and managed consultancy and project delivery engagements with over 15 enterprise and SME clients.
- Launched and ran a highly cost effective European technical sales, consultancy, professional services and support organization for a successful American software company.
- Conducted full ITO and BPO assessments.
- Developed programme & project management as a service (later called Assured Resourcing), giving our clients both flexibility and assurance in staffing teams delivering large technology programmes.
- Executed several innovative sourcing deals, including structures such as multi-sourcing, demand variability management, gain-sharing and transformational out-to-insourcing talent.
- Developed an online application enabling clients to outsource multiple projects to a vetted vendor network. GOX advisors provided advice throughout the process, and act as gatekeepers at certain milestones in the outsourcing process.
- Implemented a reverse “e-Auction” as part of the online workflow, which resulted in average price reductions of over 30% for our clients.
- Vetted and established strong relationships with over 20 global outsourcing service providers based in China, India, Sri Lanka, Eastern Europe and the UK.
- Authored and/or co-authored white papers around outsourcing, sourcing and contract negotiations.
