Robert is an ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), Quality Compliance Manager/Internal Auditor and ISO 27001 & 27002 Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), Security Manager/Auditor and Exemplar Global accredited QMS and ISMS Auditor. Robert is a Telecommunications graduate of Texas Tech University, became a Radio Operator Specialist in the United States Marine Corps; obtained a Southwestern Bell TP76300 Central Office Systems Installer certification with several CAT 4, 5 and 6 Twisted Pair, Wire Wrap, 110-Punch Down, Fiber Splicing and installation certifications. Robert then served as a government contractor and promoted to a Senior Communication Systems Technical Specialist with systems experience for design, installation and testing of computer networks and implementation of PTC Systems for Public Transit Railroad Agencies.
Robert is a prior service, military and combat veteran, where configuration management and version control are standard for the control of equipment and material assets as well as software. Robert uses his veteran experience to perform project compliance oversight for systems design, installation, testing and configuration management programs.
