- Lead and mentor a high performing information security project management team focused on the deployment of global and high visibility projects.
- Coordinate the combined efforts of cross functional vendors, Live Nation, and Ticketmaster resources, as well as internal information security resources to ensure the completion of both regional and global projects.
- Conduct risk assessments with the Third Party Vendor team and contribute to the overall Information Security vulnerability risk management process creation.

- Established the process and data gathering and formalized in documentation and ticketing using Atlassian’s Jira and Confluence.
- Successfully obtained ~$150K in refunds and credits from vendors through in process contract reviews.
- Developed and applied project management structure to increase visibility, organization, and throughput of scoped efforts throughout the information security organization.
