As Director of Technology Services, I am ultimately responsible for the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and security of our network, systems, applications, and end point devices. My department consists of 6 groups that work together as a team to make sure projects are completed and provide the best customer service available. The groups managed under the Technology Services Department include : Computer Support, Technology Construction, Telephony and Help Desk, Infrastructure and Security, Enterprise (Servers and Backups), Intercom and Cabling. We support approximately 60,000 students and 8,000 staff members at over 60 locations. We work hard at researching to get the best service, security and hardware at the best possible cost.
