I built and staffed the team responsible for Qualys' enterprise accounts in the western region of the US. My responsibilities included coaching the Technical Account Managers on delivering presentations to customers, developing strategic channel partnerships, and working with the internal marketing team to shape a regional strategy.
My team’s focus was on elevating customer satisfaction and improving collaboration between Field Operations and Engineering. This ensured good relationships between Qualys and customers throughout the region.
A major goal of my team was to understand how customers are using the Qualys services. We reported information back to senior leadership in order to further develop the services. This two-way, consultative approach ensured better customer satisfaction and long-lasting relationships.

About
As an Enterprise Security Executive at Microsoft, I work with large financial customers on understanding their overall security needs as well as informing them on Microsoft's holistic approach towards enterprise cybersecurity (both cloud and on-prem). My discussions usually include our guidance toward various security-related concerns as well as product/service related discussions. As a member of the Cybersecurity Solutions Group, I am an interface between our customers' information security teams and the various security product teams within Microsoft, the goal being to have more holistic security discussions, and not necessarily product-focused discussions.
