• $3.8 million in funding secured and directed contract efforts for $200 million project to modernize and maintain state-wide land mobile radio system supporting more than 12,000 federal, state, and DoD users across Alaska.
• $250,000 saved by managing $5 million IT portfolio with $1.5+ million in annual procurements to transition organization to cloud-based services and virtualized clients, reducing IT security and support staff requirements.
• $25,000 saved by moving organization's intranet SharePoint website to Software-As-A-Service cloud-based solution – achieving 100% in availability / uptime for new system, 3% improvement versus previous systems.
