I was responsible for setting the strategic vision of the security and IT function and executing the development and implementation of an Enterprise-wide Security Program in a high growth start-up environment. Managed a team of dedicated security staff focused on improving and maintaining the technical security of cloud hosted and corporate networks as well as policy and audit functions to ensure current and future compliance with PCI DSS, AML, SOX and GDPR. Owned all aspects of corporate infrastructure across multiple geographically disparate offices with the goal of facilitating remote work without borders or complications.
