The program is designed to fast track career development through four rotation assignments, a comprehensive learning plan, and frequent executive interaction.
First Rotation : Performance Testing as an Associate Business Technical Analyst
Met with various development teams to gather requirements and develop testing plans. Created scripts to meet scope of requirements and executed performance and regression test cases to meet requirements. Root cause analysis on issues that did not meet scope.
Second Rotation : Claims Platform Production Support as an Associate Business Technical Analyst
Develop Tableau dashboards and work with teams to improve data quality for reporting projects. Led continuous improvement projects to increase knowledge base across departments and process automation improvements.
Third Rotation : Identity Access Management as an Associate Technical Analyst
