At my core, I have a heart for service and a desire to educate others. As a learning and development professional, I foster a culture of inclusive learning and ensure trainings and learning documents are strategically aligned with the organization's objectives. I have a successful 8+ year history of curriculum design and instruction, as well as experience managing professional services including human resources administration, business operations, and program management.
I have a strong desire to make a difference and help others in a meaningful way. I am passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion. I have a proven track record of change management and removing barriers to help minorities achieve success while monitoring internal compliance.
Fun fact: I have traveled to 5 out of our 7 continents visiting a total of 9 countries so far! Learning about different cultures is one of my biggest passions.
