Provided support for Lotus Notes users during a migration to Exchange Server. Implemented a robust Office 2000 software deployment strategy across the enterprise using Group Policy. Planned, budgeted, and performed major modifications to systems in order to build a manageable network and integrate with new corporate standards. Led the implementation of a firm-wide deployment of Windows Update Server for security patching. Deployed and supported a variety of mobile devices including BlackBerry and Treo.
