As a Sr. Business Analyst in the Support organization, I represented the Enterprise Application Management team on a multi-year ITSM program which delivered new Incident and Change Management processes as well as introduced Problem and Configuration Management disciplines to Target. I developed an Application Owner program which provided App Owners the tools and metrics necessary to more easily assess the health and stability of the applications they were responsible for. Assisted with the development of a Problem Management process which significantly reduced the number of incidents increasing overall system stability.
