I have several years of experience in Customer Service, and I also worked in the field of Cybersecurity. In my previous roles, I have enjoyed helping others feel comfortable and assisting customers with any information they need. My experience ranges from customer service in retail to leadership in the home improvement business.
As a Cybersecurity professional, I have developed expertise in protecting computer systems and networks from digital attacks, detecting and mitigating cyber threats, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. I have also gained experience in conducting risk assessments, implementing security controls, and educating employees on security best practices.
When it comes to working with customers, I am easy-going, friendly, and a positive individual who enjoys working in a team atmosphere. In the retail environment, I learned leadership skills and how to build relationships with customers while maintaining them at all times. Combining my experience in Cybersecurity and Customer Service, I am confident in my ability to provide exceptional service while ensuring the security and privacy of customer information.
