Consulting and Project Management

- Managed $5.5 billion worth of U.S. Appropriated and Iraqi-seized funds for program requirements—such as vehicles, uniforms, weapons and communications equipment, construction projects, and office furniture—to establish the new civilian police services under the responsibility of the Iraqi Ministry of Interior
- Negotiated and managed the donation of 1,150 IPS and DBE vehicles to the Iraqi Ministry of Interior from the Government of Japan
- Organized market development plan for Booz Allen’s business account focused on the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Office of Infrastructure Protection
Critical Infrastructure Protection and Cybersecurity Policy and Analysis
- Developed risk analysis and stakeholder engagement capability that allowed for the analysis of risks to the U.S.’s critical infrastructure sectors
- Led critical infrastructure risk assessments in support of the Department of Homeland Security’s National Infrastructure Protection Plan (NIPP) as well as U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement
