To my dear friends at Wells Fargo, I officially retired on Jan 31, 2022, after 36 years at all of the Wells Fargo Banks. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and learned much. I will miss you all. I want to devote time now to teaching, travelling, and helping those less fortunate.

Project management, systems analysis, and detailed support for Wholesale Tealeaf and Internet Fraud teams. Coordinates and plans complex implementations. Provides key guidance to team players and supports each application, including handling security updates for members.
As needed, provides reporting involving large, complex Oracle databases and SQL Server databases. Participates in planning, debugging, and improving throughput for said databases.
Provides critical system support for Internet Fraud and Tealeaf applications. This includes monitoring, debugging, and problem resolution for servers on both applications. Participates and assists in updating Tealeaf capture software and digital certificate artifacts. Provides input concerning server inventory, upgrades, and improvements.
