I am the Director of the Production Services team. Production Services includes two teams providing the following services :
- IT Operations including server & storage infrastructure planning, administration, monitoring, data protection, and Level 2 support, architecture design, implementation and deployment for MOTOR's web products using technologies such as VMware, Amazon Web Services, EMC, Rubrik, Sumo Logic, PagerDuty, Octopus Deploy and others
- Fulfillment for data delivery to licensing customer, Level 1 support for internal processes, and page composition for print products
Perform strategic infrastructure planning, maintain annual budgets for hardware and software expenses and capital investments, maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, maintain compliance with application regulations, interface with corporate Information Technology teams for service alignment and project planning, continuous process improvement.
