* Service Manager for the Privileged Account Management (PAM) - CyberArk platform which is used to protect company critical resources globally.
PAM Ambassador – introduce PAM service to BMS application owners emphasizing the value this service brings to their application administration, application security, access audits, and their organizational agility.

Designed, developed, and deployed software and infrastructure to deliver this capability.
* Developed and executed a migration strategy to ensure minimal downtime and service disruption. Migrated 14 databases, 9 applications, and assorted tools and web pages out of the data center. Provided shutdown and startup scripts, application testing, performance testing, and database connectivity testing. Launched Amazon EC2 Cloud Instances using Amazon Web Services and configured instances with respect to specific applications.
