● Designed end-to-end deployment and configuration of new VM builds using Powershell Desired State Configuration, my own Powershell module for the Nutanix API, and VMware PowerCLI. This project ensured all servers were compliant with CIS and other security benchmarks, and eliminated hours of manual configuration per server build
● Created over 125 automation scripts using Powershell modules for clerical work like getting and pushing files to SFTP servers. This allowed us to remove workstation SFTP clients and access
● Co-created automation for the IT Infrastructure daily checklist tasks. This is a suite of Powershell scripts committed to an Azure DevOps repository that run in a Jenkins pipeline to automatically complete daily monitoring and maintenance tasks
● Create automation surrounding compliance detection and remediation
● Jenkins and Azure DevOps pipeline job implementation
● Author PowerShell modules and code for use on IT Operations, IT Security and Development teams
● Plan and execute enterprise-scale projects and comfortably lead team meetings

● Implemented an enterprise-wide SSO solution with over 100 applications exponentially reducing password reset calls to helpdesk

● Implemented a highly available Virtual Fax system including CUCM routing rules and Exchange connectors. This allowed us to eliminate paper fax machines entirely
● Redesigned and documented nearly all disaster recovery procedures and performed regular DR testing exercises using Veeam and Zerto nearly eliminating failed DR tests
● Extensive use of Active Directory and management of AD with Powershell
