As the IT Training Analyst, I manage the logistics of on-boarding requirements for all new staff members, processing approximately 160 new system users weekly; about 8,500 yearly. As a subject matter expert on training requirements for the organization, the data I create and maintain allows me to partner with other teams, such as Information Security, Access Management, Clinical Education, and Organizational Development, on process improvement initiatives.
My career at HonorHealth began with an Electronic Medical Records system (Epic) implementation, which fueled my love of innovation and creating efficient processes. During this time, I created several tools to streamline the training assignment and scheduling process, which allows me to solely manage a high volume of data and responsibilities.

Managed online training and custom courseware development projects; working closely with client's HR, IT, Compliance and Legal teams on training implementation and program maintenance. Notable projects include development of custom courses for Louis Vuitton and Leidos, management of new hire online training administration for Time Inc., Warner Bros. and Rosetta Stone, and implementation of online training content to client's LMS for Nintendo and Goodwill.
Established great and lasting relationships with clients by sharing enthusiasm and a positive attitude, setting clear, attainable timelines and personally ensuring the highest quality and timely delivery of all services. On numerous occasions, I was assigned projects of at-risk clients to repair the relationship and systems in place; resulting in renewal on all occasions.
