● Steering the implementation of three identity and access management (IAM) solutions at Hyundai Capital America (HCA) and two solutions at Hyundai Capital Canada (HCCA) to align with financial services sector best practices. Building and guiding the evolution of the IAM program and ecosystem, creating more efficient new processes aligning operations with business strategy, creating and publishing new policies, and improving compliance and audit performance while automating system access management for integrated systems.
● Enhancing HCA’s Individual People Development (IDP) engagement program by identifying opportunities for forging strong relationships with team members to coach, mentor, and expand their leadership abilities. Empowering employees to own processes, communicate openly, and recommend impactful changes, maximizing team productivity.
● Designing, developing, and introducing First American Financial Corporation’s entire global Data Governance and Access Management Program, implemented across the US and India.
