About
Timothy Green is an experienced IT professional with over decade of experience encompassing programming, networking, system engineering and troubleshooting, desktop support, penetration testing, information assurance, and data loss prevention. He has been recognized for training, streamlining and updating the Information Management Officers’ program consisting of over 120 trained members. This resulted in reducing the amount of trouble tickets produced, improving overall quality of service provided to his customers while serving in Afghanistan. He is a motivated, hands-on leader, and enjoys mentoring and learning new concepts.
Afterwards, provided Tier 2 IT support for IU Health Bloomington. Daily duties included providing a variety of direct IT support to medical personnel throughout the hospital, including computer repair/installation, system imaging, ticket submission/monitoring, password reset, email troubleshooting, and providing guidance.
Currently, he provides his expertise to Bloom Insurance Agency as a security engineer. Primary responsibilities security control engineering, routine penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, management of data loss prevention, patch management, security awareness training, SOC2 auditing, and mentors junior staff.
