Installs operating system on both physical and virtual servers for various business units. Installs and configures software on servers for purposes of monitoring, security and remote management. Creates and responds to trouble tickets for various issues ranging from system down situations to data center wide impacting issues. Participates in a week long on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
