About

As an Information Security Specialist at ARORA Solutions, I combine my passion for cybersecurity with my skills in content creation and auditing. For the past year, I have been involved in developing and delivering engaging and informative social media posts and press releases on various cybersecurity topics, such as ransomware, phishing, and data breaches.



In addition, I have been conducting ISO 27001 audits for clients across different industries and regions, ensuring their compliance with the international standard for information security management. Through these audits, I have gained valuable insights into the best practices and challenges of cybersecurity in different contexts and environments.



With over a decade of diverse professional experience, I have a strong background in information security, IT support, and customer service. Before joining ARORA Solutions, I worked as a Lead IT Help Desk Technician, a Theater Manager, a Youth Specialist/Corrections Officer, a Security Operations Specialist, and a Japanese Interpreter/Airport Staff. In these roles, I honed my problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, as well as my awareness of safety and security issues in various settings.



I also hold a Master of Science degree in Cybersecurity from Western Michigan University, where I learned the theoretical and practical aspects of computer and information systems security and assurance. My goal is to use my knowledge and experience to help organizations and individuals protect their data and assets from cyber threats and risks.
