Under supervision of the Director of Compliance & the CIO directs information technology Security & Compliance program. This includes developing, implementing, and overseeing security across all GT IT departments to ensure secure logical & physical access, improved stability and achievement of the desired security posture. Works hand in hand with Shared Services Technology Groups to ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOX, GLBA, and etc. requirements. Works with General Counsel to ensure policies and procedures are in place to meet internal and external requirements. Primary point of contact within information security regarding internal and external risk assessments. Responsible for team deploying information security solutions such as USB Encryption, DLP, Privilege Account Management, Identity Management & internet access content filtering while minimizing impact to organization. Position frequently involved with policy development and systems security analysis throughout the 30+ firm offices worldwide. In this role I work directly with Network Services, Telecom, Server Engineering, Desktop Engineering, Messaging, Applications, Web Development the PMO, DR/BCP & the Helpdesk to ensure stability, standardization and security across all the technology groups. I am a strong advocate of implementing ISO 27001 information security framework.
