As a Veteran, I understand making that transition can be difficult. As part of this group, I provide training and assist transitioning military personnel on their journey to find civilian jobs. My goal is to help a fellow Veteran make the right connection which to me can make all the difference in the world.
Project Transition USA is an organization dedicated to helping transitioning military veterans & their families find meaningful and rewarding civilian careers. All members of our LinkedIN group work together to utilize the powerful networking & job search technology of LinkedIN in support of this goal.
In addition to managing this group, Project Transition USA was the first to conduct a LinkedIN Job Search Workshop on a U.S. military base (MacDill Air Force Base, Home of U.S. Central Command -- Nov. 16, 2012). They have been conducting free monthly workshops on MacDill ever since, and plan to expand these trainings to every military base in the country.
We invite you to show your support by participating in our group and hiring U.S. veterans at every opportunity!

About
As a cybersecurity enthusiast and lifelong learner, there’s always a new challenge to tackle and never a dull moment. I’ve enjoyed demonstrating this to my sons as they’ve watched firsthand the dedication and hard work that went into attaining both my bachelor’s degree and my Practical Network Penetration Tester (PNPT) certification while serving as an active-duty Marine.
Having served 22 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and having the privilege of serving with special operations forces, I’ve enjoyed the challenge and reward of solving complex problems as well as leading and working with high performance cross-functional teams. As I transition from the Marine Corps and working national security issues and intelligence operations, I’ve found cybersecurity, specifically offensive security/penetration testing to be immensely fulfilling as it requires continuous learning and each engagement is unique.
With a background in cybersecurity, counterintelligence (CI), and human intelligence (HUMINT), I’m well versed in risk management, social engineering, OSINT, strategic planning, critical thinking, and communication. I have an active TS/SCI with CI scope polygraph.
