- Perform security, functional and regression testing on mobile applications (iOS and Android) using tools such as Charles Proxy, Burp, Wireshark, Xcode, PuTTy, Kali Linux Pen Testing tools. - Analyze mobile apps data captured during security test - Provide detailed mobile apps security test reports highlighting possible vulnerabilities and security fixes. - Develop and execute capabilities to successfully detect unrecognized malicious threats within and against the Navy Federal network. - Use packet capture data to extract, analyze, report, and subsequently mitigate malicious network behavior. - Maintain familiarity with multiple operating systems, managed through virtualization, in order to analyze malware static and dynamic behavior. - Aggregate threat indicators from multiple sources and convert them into comprehensive queries for malicious activity. - Maintain an interactive relationship with the Navy Federal Incident Response Team and Security Engineering Team to deliver coordinated incident detection capabilities to Navy Federal. - Include sharing of lessons learned, initial indicators of detection, and opportunities for strengthening signature based detection capabilities. - Maintain and enhance the documentation standard for discoveries and reporting of malicious tactics, techniques, and procedures. - Maintain collaborative information exchanges relationships with personnel from Navy Federal Information Security and Fraud Management Team for analysis of external threats as well as internal incidents.
