A friend and I started a Thin Client Networking Company using Citrix Server. We served Small to Medium businesses by monitoring and maintaining their internal network and IT needs.
This helped save on costs by outsourcing staff and consolidating hardware. The company of 12 employees began to struggle after Sept 11th 2001 attack where budgets were strict and so I closed the doors approx 6 months later.

My day to day is ensuring uptime and security while working within scope of PCI, SOC, and ISO compliance.
I have personally built multiple AI tools that are used to streamline and perform functions that would normally require several dedicated resources. I oversee several Tier III Datacenters and IaaS, PaaS locations. We recently migrated our brick-and-mortar locations to SDWAN (VeloCloud) using an Internet and MPLS blend. During COVID me and my team helped build a Secure Remote Worker solution for thousands of Work @ Home employees that we never had before.
I am responsible for creating proprietary 2FA and GEO Fencing technologies that ensure the security and location of our remote workers. I have enjoyed providing solutions and strong leadership to exceed the future needs of TLC Associates.
