What You'll Do

Keep the process moving - Schedule interviews (nearly 700 so far this year!), manage candidate communications, and keep our Applicant Tracking System accurate and up to date.
Source top talent - Use hireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and AI-powered tools to find both active and passive candidates.
Create a great candidate experience - Be the first impression for candidates and ensure it's a positive one.
Support onboarding - Help our 50+ US new hires each year hit the ground running with smooth first-day experiences.
Innovate with AI & tools - Spot opportunities to use automation and AI to make People & Culture faster and smarter.

What We're Looking For

2+ years in a recruiting coordinator role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear communicator who can work across multiple teams
Comfortable learning and using recruiting tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, scheduling apps)
Curious and eager to eventually grow into a full-cycle recruiter role

Compensation and featured benefits:

The pay for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen)
Dental and vision insurance. We cover up to 75% of the monthly insurance premiums for VIATechies and up to 50% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plans chosen)
