Join Our Mission: Gracehaven Interdisciplinary Team Coordinator & Network Advocate
Are you passionate about advocating for at-risk youth and survivors of trafficking? Gracehaven is seeking an Interdisciplinary Team Coordinator & Network Advocate to expand access to care, build partnerships, and support trafficked and exploited youth.
Key Responsibilities:

Advocacy & Support: Provide consultation, screening, and wraparound service recommendations for trafficked and at-risk youth.

Coalition & Partnership Building: Represent Gracehaven in anti-trafficking coalitions and collaborate with community stakeholders to expand our referral base.

Training & Prevention: Lead CSEC (Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children) training and provide educational resources to partners.

Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in compliance with grant requirements.

Family & Community Engagement: Strengthen support networks for youth and families.

Faith-Based Support (Optional): Provide faith-based resources upon client request.
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s Degree in Social Services or related field (Bachelor’s preferred) OR High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years’ experience working with at-risk youth.

18+ years old, valid Ohio Driver’s License, ability to pass background checks.

Commitment to trauma-informed care and advocacy.

Alignment with Central Ohio Youth for Christ & Gracehaven’s Standards of Conduct and Statement of Faith.
