Looking for a Compliance Specialist to support our team with the process of facilitation, documentation, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has strong experience in change management within compliance or risk, excels in creating effective presentations and process documentation, and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in sanctions compliance and fintech is a plus.
Requirements
- Strong experience with change management processes, ideally in compliance or risk environments.
- Experience creating high-quality presentations, reports, and process documentation (procedures, flow charts, process docs).
- Excellent documentation, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and facilitate meetings, including developing meeting materials (PowerPoint, talking points, agendas).
- Experience streamlining procedures, with a strong preference for operational expertise in MFTC’s core control programs.
Responsibilities
- Support coordination of the MFT and its projects through facilitation of planning sessions and internal team communications.
- Provide strategic advice to team leadership to advance team goals and initiatives.
- Lead preparation and facilitation of sanctions meetings and reporting, including developing PowerPoint presentations, talking points, and other materials.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including procedures, flow charts, and process documents.
- Drive change management initiatives and support continuous improvement of team processes.

Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
