Primary Responsibilities:
* Resolve escalations from System Administrator I
* Perform advanced Microsoft 365 administration including mail flow troubleshooting, shared mailbox configuration, permission issues, Teams/SharePoint access, and conditional access, MFA deployments and Intune management
* Manage Azure AD identity issues such as sync errors, stale or misconfigured devices, and SSO-related problems
* Administer NinjaRMM including agent deployment, alert tuning, patch management review, and basic automation scripting
* Troubleshoot network issues (ISP, Firewall/switch down, server down)
* Investigate backup errors and perform non mission critical restores
* small-scale project work (tasks, but not leading projects)
* Produce technical documentation and improve knowledgebase materials
* Provide guidance to System Administrator I staff
Relevant Certifications:
CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 Administrator Associate (MS-102), Modern Desktop Administrator (MD-102) or relevant experience
