NetSuite Systems Administrator – to support the ongoing management of the technology stack that powers our robust financial operations. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s new Oracle NetSuite Finance system. The administrator will serve as the subject matter expert, providing technical support, training, and ongoing system improvements to align with organizational needs.
Essential Job Functions:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle NetSuite.
- Respond to end-users’ requests for technical assistance and provide ongoing support to promote adoption.
- Develop, oversee, optimize, and administer workflows, custom fields, scripts, forms, roles, permissions, saved searches, dashboards, and reports to increase efficiency, security, and data visibility.
- Support data imports/exports and integrations with other systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with NetSuite support as needed.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts, ensuring business continuity.
- Partner with finance to identify opportunities for system and process improvement and serve as the liaison to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-level issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configuration, processes, and procedures.
- Develop training materials and provide ongoing end-user training and support to ensure proper system usage.
- Provide support for other software applications used in the organization as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, finance, accounting, or relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Deep understanding of Oracle NetSuite software system modules, architecture, roles, workflows, functionality, processes, and customization capabilities.
- Understanding of core finance and accounting processes.
- Knowledge of data management, integrations, and ERP best practices.
- Proven ability and proficiency in NetSuite configurations, including workflows, SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, and SuiteScript preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into system functionality.
