Overview
The UX/UI Developer will design and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for IAM solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role bridges design and development, focusing on usability, accessibility, and security within identity management workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and security experts to create user-centric designs for IAM applications.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
- Translate wireframes and prototypes into functional UI components.
- Optimize user journeys for complex IAM processes such as authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards in UI design.
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends and IAM industry best practices.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in UX/UI design and front-end development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Understanding of IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, RBAC, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Strong grasp of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design.
Desirable:
- Experience in secure design principles.
- Familiarity with API integration and backend collaboration.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals
- Experience working with the Ping Identity or ForgeRock stack
