About the Role
- Install, configure, maintain, and support IT hardware and software across the organization
- Monitor system and network performance; proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure high availability
- Administer user accounts, access permissions, and security settings in alignment with company policies
- Ensure compliance with security standards, access controls, and software licensing requirements
- Manage and maintain backup systems and disaster recovery plans
- Configure and support network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and related networking equipment
- Provide hands-on technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Create and maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, network diagrams, and IT procedures
Qualifications
- IT Administration or Systems/Network Administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms and Azure tools
- Experience working in hybrid IT environments
