We are seeking a Senior System Administrator who can take ownership of technical projects, work directly with client leadership, and deliver modern infrastructure and cloud solutions. This is a project-driven role focused on design and implementation, with occasional escalations. It offers the opportunity to blend hands-on engineering with strategic, client-facing work.
What You Will Do
- Scope, design, and deliver IT projects for small and mid-sized business clients
- Implement and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions, including migrations and hybrid setups
- Configure and support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments
- Manage and support virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
- Configure routers, switches, and firewalls, and optimize network performance
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
- Create and maintain accurate documentation for all project work
What You Bring
- Two or more years of experience in a Managed Services Provider
- Strong technical foundation across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server
- Hands-on experience with virtualization and cloud migrations
- Skilled in networking, firewalls, and infrastructure security
- Clear communication and client-facing presentation skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects and deliver on deadlines
