DevSecOps Engineer - Build, Secure, and Scale the Infrastructure for a Leading Financial Institution
We’re looking for a highly autonomou s DevSecOps Engineer who thrives on ownership and enjoys working across the full infrastructure and security stack. This role is perfect for a versatile, hands-on technologist who wants real influence . Someone who can design, secure, automate, and operate production systems end to end in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.
You’ll play a critical role supporting the mission-critical platforms that power a global electronic exchange, where performance, security, and reliability are non-negotiable. If you enjoy solving hard problems, moving quickly without excessive process, and owning outcomes from architecture through production, this role offers rare scope and impact.
What We’re Looking For :
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Deep, hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, VPC, IAM, RDS/SQL, S3, WAF, GuardDuty, Lambda, networking).
- Strong skills in Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Linux/Unix systems administration.
- Proven experience designing and operating SOC 2–compliant infrastructure.
- Solid networking fundamentals, including routing, firewalls, VPNs, and secure connectivity.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Background supporting both cloud and on-prem environments.
- Comfort working independently, setting priorities, and owning complex systems end to end.
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a strong plus.
