Are you a highly motivated Senior Systems Administrator with a passion for providing exceptional VIP support? Join our dynamic team in Washington, D.C. and leverage your expertise in Active Directory, network troubleshooting, and various IT systems to ensure seamless operations for critical stakeholders.
The Role
- Serve as a dedicated Customer Advocate, providing white-glove, in-person support to VIP-level customers.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network-related issues, escalating to Tier 3 when necessary.
- Manage and update incident tickets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues related to data storage, network connectivity, and Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot a wide range of customer equipment, including desktops, Multi-Function Print devices, and video teleconference hardware.
What You'll Need
- Minimum of five years of experience in computer hardware, software, networking systems, and troubleshooting.
- Proven expertise in resolving issues with Active Directory accounts, security groups, and third-party software.
- Demonstrated experience managing customer tickets efficiently within a ticketing system.
- Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M/8140.01 and an active CompTIA Security+ certification.
- An active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Yankee White Clearance.
