Job Location: Jacksonville, FL or Denver, CO (5 days onsite)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer with strong Single Sign-On (SSO) expertise to design, implement, and support secure authentication and authorization services across the enterprise. This is a hands-on, operational role requiring deep experience with Ping Identity products and modern authentication standards.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ping Identity solutions and strong expertise integrating applications using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, and FIDO2.
Required
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting authentication services using PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory.
- 5+ years of experience integrating applications using SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, MFA, and FIDO2.
- Strong experience with authentication policy creation and implementation (policy fragments a plus).
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
