Location: Lincoln, RI - 2 days in office
Length: 6 month contract with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $55-70/hour (healthcare benefits optional through Insight Global starting day one)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data & Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an agile environment
- Expert‑level knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, including practical experience enabling users, designing prompts, and supporting Copilot usage across business scenarios
- Demonstrated experience leading user enablement, training, or community engagement initiatives
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience designing or supporting Copilot agents and Power Platform solutions
- Experience working within an AI Center of Excellence, innovation hub, or digital transformation team
- Familiarity with responsible AI principles, data privacy, and governance in a regulated environment (e.g., insurance or financial services)
- Experience organizing hackathons, Promptathons, and enterprise innovation events
Overview:
The Product Owner – Microsoft Copilot Enablement is accountable for driving enterprise‑wide adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot agents. This role combines product ownership, enablement leadership, and community building, serving as a key bridge between end users, the AI CoE, IT, data teams, and governance partners.
The Product Owner will champion Copilot across the enterprise by meeting users where they are—through office hours, weekly challenges, Viva Engage content, and Promptathons—while also shaping the Copilot roadmap by identifying high‑value agent opportunities and helping users design and build agents that align with the company's responsible AI standards.
