We are seeking a dependable Network Administrator with strong Telecommunications experience to support a busy infrastructure and voice environment. This is a Level 3 ticketing role working alongside a collaborative network team during a high-volume period in the first half of the year. The role will focus on troubleshooting, voice systems, networking, and supporting a large wireless access point replacement project.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 support for network and telecommunications-related issues
- Troubleshoot and support Cisco Call Manager, MS Teams Calling, AudioCodes, SBCs, and SIP
- Assist with Cisco Meraki network environments
- Support firewalls, WAN/LAN, and general networking infrastructure
- Partner with a third-party vendor during a large project replacing thousands of wireless access points
- Provide next-day support and troubleshooting for phones and Teams calling issues
- Deliver strong customer service and clear communication to internal users
- Collaborate closely with a team of full-time employees and contractors
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Network Administrator or similar role
- Hands-on experience with telecommunications and voice technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise network environments
- Experience supporting WAN/LAN and firewall technologies
- Reliable, dependable, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
