Role Overview
We are seeking a Slack Systems Administrator with proven experience managing Slack Enterprise Grid/Gov Slack or similar cloud collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams). The ideal candidate will have expertise in:
- Admin role management and user provisioning
- SSO integration and policy configuration
- App approval processes and integrations
- Atlassian suite administration (Bamboo, Jira, Confluence)
- Oracle WebLogic administration
Required Qualifications
Clearance:
- Active Secret Clearance or higher
- U.S. Citizenship required
Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years in Systems Administration
- 5+ years maintaining applications in Linux environments
- 5+ years with Slack Enterprise Grid/Gov Slack
- 5+ years with web application server deployment (Tomcat or similar containers)
- 5+ years with Atlassian Stack (Bamboo, Jira, Confluence)
- 5+ years with Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP
- 5+ years with Windows Server Platform
- 5+ years with DNS, DHCP, Proxy, and Load Balancing technologies
- 5+ years with virtualization technologies (VM management, snapshots, SANs, iSCSI)
- 5+ years with storage systems
- 3+ years with CI/CD pipelines and container/cloud technologies
- 3+ years with containers and orchestration (OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Macintosh and iOS platforms
- Windows Patch Management experience
- Tosca Automation experience
- Experience with audit log evaluation
