Role And Responsibilities
Configures and operates mainframe, minicomputer, and/or client/server-based applications. Optimizes system operation and resource utilization. Performs systems capacity analysis and planning. Provides assistance to system users in accessing and using applications. Complies with prescribed customer, industry and agency standards.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum experience 6 years
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Salesforce user management experience
- Sandbox management and refresh procedures
- Reports and dashboards creation

- Data export and backup procedures
- Experience Cloud administration
