Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1. Primary expertise in Citrix technologies.
2. Hands-on experience with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop 7.x. in both PVS and MCS
3. Expertise in Citrix NetScaler, StoreFront, Director, and License Server.F5 Load balancer and FSLogix. Citrix DB (SQL Server).
4. Strong knowledge of Windows OS administration and patching.
5. Good Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, GPO, and LDAP
6. Familiarity with VMware/Nutanix infrastructure and Citrix failover procedures.
7. Working knowledge of monitoring tools (Director, Tanium).
8. Basic understanding of networking and storage in Citrix context.
9. Good Knowledge in scripting, PowerShell
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
2. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
3. Good to have ITILv4 knowledge
4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a 24x7 environment
